⚠️ Important Notice: Job Scam Warning
Swanson Built has recently become aware of fraudulent job postings and fake businesses impersonating our company name. We take this very seriously and want to protect applicants from scams.
What’s Happening
- Scammers are posting fake “Swanson Built” job listings online.
- They are asking people to send checks or cash checks as part of a false hiring process.
- These postings are not legitimate and are not connected with Swanson Built in any way.
Current Status
👉 Swanson Built is not hiring at this time.
If you see a job posting claiming otherwise, it is fraudulent.
How to Protect Yourself
- Do not send money or cash checks. This is the most common scam tactic. Swanson Built will never ask applicants to handle checks, money transfers, or payments.
- Check the sender’s email. All legitimate communications will come from an official jimmy@swansonbuilt.com email address.
- Verify job listings. If in doubt, check directly on our official website.
- Look for red flags. Poor grammar, vague descriptions, or requests for urgency are typical signs of scams.
What Swanson Built Will Never Do
❌ Ask you to send or cash checks.
❌ Request payment for training, software, or equipment.
❌ Hire without a formal process or verification.
