We found Swanson Built through Houzz while looking for a contractor to handle our interior remodel of our home in Spanish Springs/Sparks. We interviewed several contractors. But, Benny Viloria won us over, with his comfortable, relaxed yet very experienced demeanor. Benny's team, being led by Richard Kawabata did the permitting, demo, remodel and finish work for our entire project. Their team of carpenters, painters, electricians, flooring & tile experts were patient with our changes and never balked if our ideas deviated from our plans. Our whole interior was demolished, yet the Swanson team kept the project clean every day which is a testament to their care. We moved back in to our lovely new home several months ago. Swanson Built never hesitates to take our calls & come out when we need to refine things that need attention. We highly recommend this contractor and his team.

Dean Swanson and his team completed 2 whole home remodels for us in Incline Village Lake Tahoe. These were big projects as walls were moved and the kitchen and living rooms were flip-flopped with bedrooms and bathrooms. They also reconstructed our front and back decks from the ground up - very nice! Their flexibility throughout the work was excellent and we are very happy with the end result.
But the key is they stand behind their work. We had a few small plumbing and electrical issues come up in the months after completion and Benny, Josh and the teams were out within days to fix at no cost to us. That is a the difference between most builders - standing by their work.
I still call on Swanson Built to do new projects around our homes and have recommended them to several other families in Incline Village. I'd use them again for any project, big or small.
